Don’t want to sell it, but a baby’s on the way and there’s no room for a baby seat. Lycoming 0-235 engine spinning a Catto three-blade prop giving 140 kts cruise. Slick magneto on the top plugs and Electroair electronic ingnition on the bottom with brand new wiring harnesses for both. Engine baffling recently refurbished to keep cylinders nice and cool. You’ll see for yourself with a 4-probe Westach CHT/EGT gauge. Other gauges include Westach fuel pressure, ammeter/voltmeter, and oil temp/pressure. Cleveland brakes 1150 hours on the airframe. 2000 SMOH. 400 hours since top overhaul. IFR capable with a Blue Mountain EFIS. GNC 250XL, Garmin SL30 navcomm, GTX327 Transponder, Trio Avionics Autopilot, and Bendix-King KA134 audio panel Strobe and navigation lights.
